Our unique residential care homes for children and young people in Hampshire
Welcome to Highlands Children’s Home in Fareham, where we provide quality residential care and support for young children and young people.
The home provides a comfortable, non-institutional environment for young people to begin to work towards their future and independence, or return to home or to alternative carers. We are passionate about working with children to achieve and reach their full potential socially, emotionally and educationally.
We know it’s not easy moving to a new home and it can feel very strange.
So we want to make it as easy as possible for you and this website will hopefully help answer many of your questions.
There are lots of interesting things to do near the home including local parks, swimming, cinemas, shops, youth clubs and lots, lots more.
Highlands has four bedrooms for young people and each has your own shower room. You can also choose how you want your bedroom decorated.
Highlands has a lovely lounge and dining room, a sensory/keywork room, a multipurpose room that can be used for meetings and family visit, and a back garden with two summer houses.
